Product Teardown - Airtribe

The objective of this work is to increase the learners' retention of Airtribe to 30% by adding new features or improving the existing ones in the next 6 months.

I've worked on competitive benchmarking, user research, persona, learner journey, and learners' behaviour as well.

Then based on all the data points that I've gathered, I've broken down the problems(to find the barriers) and worked on the solution space by analyzing the solutions with the RICE framework as well as the effort/impact matrix.

Next to that, I've explained every feature with elements like
1. why I've proposed the respective solutions,
2. Basic hi-fi design wireframe,
3. Why it'll work or what it might fail hypothesis,
4. A/B testing criteria,
5. Expected retention improvement rate(by analysis)

After that, I've explained 'how much each solution that's propose is gonna contribute to the learners' retention'  to check whether it might meet the criteria of 30% retention increase in next 6 months.

And finally, I've proposed what are the metrics we need to track inorder to map and observe the performance of these new implementations.
