Launched and lead the AU Future Skills Academy to provide affordable, job-oriented IT & tech training to youth, bridging the gap between education and employment.

Problem / Goal
Many youth, even graduates or final-year students, lack hands-on skills in Full-Stack Development, Data Analytics, AI, Salesforce etc. The goal was to offer a well-structured, industry‐relevant training program that is affordable, delivered offline, includes placement support, and aligned with industry partners.

What I Did (Process)

Designed curriculum covering Full-Stack Development, AI & Data Analytics, Salesforce Development, etc., with both foundational and advanced modules (Python, SQL, Power BI, ML, web dev, MERN stack etc.). AU Foundation

Partnered with certification & assessment bodies like Skill India, NASSCOM, Navriti; knowledge & implementation partners and with local universities to facilitate infrastructure and credibility. AU Foundation

Set course logistics: 90 working-day offline training, 4-hour shifts (morning/afternoon) for accessibility and flexibility. AU Foundation

Made it affordable via CSR funding — nominal fee of ₹1000 only, with no extra charge for training or placement support. AU Foundation

Ensured support mechanisms: mentorship, resume building, interview prep, placement assistance. AU Foundation

Impact / Outcome

Youth are gaining hands-on, current tech skill sets (AI, full stack, Salesforce etc.) that are high in demand.

Strong industry alignment, via assessment & certification, which improves employability.

Accessibility: low financial barrier, offline access, collaborations with universities for reach.

Institutional credibility with partners (Skill India, NASSCOM etc.) which adds trust.
