This project is a strategic re-edit of an existing YouTube video from a founder.
The goal wasn’t just to “edit” but to improve:

• Story flow
• Engagement pacing
I approached this as if the creator were my client, identifying where attention drops and restructuring the video to make it more compelling.
What I changed:

– Tighter pacing
– Removal of dead moments
– Improved visual storytelling
