WBS Fraud
Work Beyond Schedule (WBS) fraud deals with DA extending block time(shift) by taking breaks to get extra pay. After a through investigation and research this case study became a process and DPs performing fraudulent behavior were exempted. Also, multiple factors affecting the break was kept under observation and only after following proper SOP DPs were marked fraud.
