I’m a proud alumni of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, where I had the privilege of serving as the school captain. Being part of a residential school environment taught me independence, discipline, and adaptability from an early age. It was more than just academics — it was a space that nurtured creativity, collaboration, and character. My experiences there played a significant role in shaping my leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and passion for working with people. The responsibilities I took on as a student leader laid the foundation for the HR professional I am today.
