The objective of this project was to build and grow Nisha Fabrics, a premium Bhagalpuri silk saree brand, by using digital marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition to drive sustainable business growth.
What I did:
I independently handled end-to-end marketing and business growth, including brand positioning, social media strategy, short-form content creation, and customer acquisition. I focused on organic growth through data-driven content and audience engagement.

Achieved 200% sales growth within 4 months
Generated ₹1 lakh+ in profit
Grew social media from 0 to 1,200+ organic followers
Created high-performing short-form videos with 23K+ views
Expanded reach to international markets including the US and Singapore
