- Manage 40+ in-house, Web3, and client-focused projects across diverse domains, including AI, automation, entertainment & media, tools & utilities, community & social platforms, robotics, education, etc.
- Oversee projects such as DeepVid.ai, SongGPT, Ai Gym Tool (Gymfluencer), Tat Box/Art Box, Gif Studio 2.0, West X, SoundOfMeme, Face Search AI, Yumiko AI, Devis Ai and many more.
- Create detailed project timelines and roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery through effective planning and prioritization.
- Implement and manage Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure iterative development and team productivity.
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution of technical solutions.
- Recruit and onboard top engineering and design talent, aligning team strengths with project requirements and organizational goals.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance for in-house and client projects to meet technical, functional, and user experience standards.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and development, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable deliverables while ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and accelerate project delivery timelines.
