Objective:
Design an emotionally resonant and visually striking Live Tour poster for Yahya Bootwala, a renowned poet and storyteller with 430K+ followers on social media, to promote his multi-city live shows under Oriole Entertainment X Tape A Tale banner. The goal was to reflect Yahya’s artistic depth while ensuring the poster grabbed attention across digital and physical spaces.

Limitations:

• No pre-existing visual framework or brand guide for the event

• Required balancing creative storytelling with clear tour details

• Quick turnaround needed to meet event announcement timelines

 

Scope of Work:

• Conceptualized and designed the main tour poster featuring all show dates and cities

• Developed a design style that aligned with Yahya’s brand, subtle, soulful, and grounded

• Incorporated texture, type layering, and mood-based color palette to evoke the emotion behind live poetry

• Created multiple format versions for Instagram, stories, print, and partner pages
