MEMORA is a self-initiated luxury fragrance innovation project exploring how memory, personalization, and sustainability can reshape the future of fragrance. I developed the consumer insight, brand strategy, product concept, business model, and visual identity for a refillable fragrance system called Pulse Pearls. The project introduces "Memory Lane," a personalized fragrance journey that evolves alongside major life milestones, transforming fragrance from a consumable product into a long-term emotional experience. Through this project, I explored consumer behavior, luxury branding, product innovation, sustainability strategy, and recurring revenue models.
