I wanted to create a simple but structured CRM and lead tracking system that helps me manage all incoming leads in one place, respond faster, and avoid missing out on potential opportunities.
In this project, I set up a CRM workflow to organize how I handle leads from different sources. I defined clear stages in the pipeline so I can track where each lead stands, from first contact to final conversion. I also created a basic qualification system to identify which leads are worth prioritizing. Along with that, I built a follow-up process with reminders to make sure no lead gets ignored and every conversation is tracked properly.
