CRM and Lead Tracking Setup.

Project Objective - 

I wanted to create a simple but structured CRM and lead tracking system that helps me manage all incoming leads in one place, respond faster, and avoid missing out on potential opportunities.

Project Description - 

In this project, I set up a CRM workflow to organize how I handle leads from different sources. I defined clear stages in the pipeline so I can track where each lead stands, from first contact to final conversion. I also created a basic qualification system to identify which leads are worth prioritizing. Along with that, I built a follow-up process with reminders to make sure no lead gets ignored and every conversation is tracked properly.

Project Outcome - 

  • I now have a clear view of all my leads in one place.
  • I’m able to respond and follow up more consistently.
  • I’ve reduced chances of missing or forgetting leads.
  • My lead handling process feels more organized and controlled.
  • I can easily track what’s working and where I need to improve.
