The objective of this self initiated project was to understand how content can be aligned with different customer segments by creating detailed customer personas and mapping content accordingly for TANISHQ.
Project Description -
In this project, I worked on building customer personas for TANISHQ by analyzing different audience types, their preferences, motivations, and buying behavior. Based on these insights, I mapped content across different stages of the customer journey to ensure the communication is relevant and targeted.
I focused on understanding how content needs to change depending on the audience and their intent whether it’s awareness, consideration, or purchase. The aim was to create a structured approach to content that connects better with the audience and supports decision making.
Project Outcome -
Through this project, I developed a clearer understanding of audience segmentation, content planning, and journey based marketing. It reflects my ability to create targeted content strategies that align with customer intent and improve overall engagement and effectiveness.
