Project Objective -

My goal was to create a structured client onboarding system that ensures a smooth start to every project, sets clear expectations, and improves overall client experience.

Project Description - 

I designed an onboarding workflow that covers all key touchpoints from initial confirmation and information collection to project kickoff. This included creating standardized processes such as welcome communication, requirement gathering forms, timeline alignment, and documentation. The focus was on making the onboarding process clear, efficient, and repeatable, while reducing back-and-forth and potential confusion.

The final system streamlines the onboarding process, making it easier to manage new clients consistently. It improves communication clarity, reduces delays, and sets a professional tone from the beginning.
