Client: Meera Natarajan, Students’ Coach. She helps students in grades 8 and 9 overcome their maths fear, build confidence and score 50% better marks.
Challenges:
-Meera was struggling to scale her paid campaigns.
- She was getting webinar registrations but lacked a proper tracking system to understand where she was getting webinar attendees.
- Her landing page was also also not converting well. The conversion ratio was only 3.3% when she came to me.
Solution:
- Set up a proper campaign structure to improve the performance of her paid campaigns.
- Set up a proper tracking system to understand where she is getting leads to understand areas of optimisation while scaling.
- We have to optimise the existing landing page to improve the conversion rate before we resume her paid campaigns.
What we have done
To improve the landing page conversions:
- We shifted the complete focus to the outcomes her target audience gets from taking Meera’s program.
- We replaced complex terminologies with simple terms. (Being clear instead of clever)
- Removed additional sections to improve the page load speed
- Reduced image sizes, and redesigned some sections to reduce the page size.
Ads Management
- Audited the client’s Meta ads account to analyse what’s working and what’s not.
- Leveraged data of around 8000 leads she generated in 10 months for better targeting
Tracking system
- We set UTM parameters for tracking which ad is bringing leads
- We have done lead segmentation based on how long they stayed in the webinar for personalised messaging to get more clients
Result:
- The current ROI during 40 days is 261.47%
- The client can track which ad is bringing leads to understand which ad is bringing clients.
- The landing page conversion went to 13.6% from the 3.3% that the client was getting before coming to me.
