with 2 Category Managers and 3 executives.
- Achieved 3x growth in topline in both the categories with a stable bottom-line with target
achievement in all the months since April.
- Successful in establishing business relationships with major FMCG and medical devices brands
- Managed supply for Covid essentials during a 25-30x surge in demand during Wave 2 &
Wave 3 with pre-empted demand estimation and inventory blocking
- Sold ~1L covid kits during Wave 3 of Covid with zero dead-stock left after the wave subsided
- Managed the first ever category-led event in Devices category with a 1.6x spike on GMV with
1.2x spike in traffic
- Responsible for setting up & program managing key supply chain & catalog processes post covid
