I worked as a community manager for two of VCA's brands and effectively managed Facebook and Instagram. My job was curating & repurposing UGC, working on customer support & customer engagement, daily engagement check-ins, reposting story mentions, checking links and so much more. I worked closely with Amy at VCA who helped me overcome the roadblocks and ensure smooth functioning in the community management work.
