This project aimed to build a clear, empathetic, and professional brand identity for Fern Care Hub — a disability support provider under the NDIS framework. The objective was to reflect the brand’s core values of empathy, trust, empowerment, and inclusivity through a unified visual and verbal system across logo design, brand language, social content.
The project took approximately 2 to 3 weeks, including brand discovery, conceptualization, design mockups, and final refinements.
