Was part of Ease of Doing Business/ Investment Promotion teams posted in Dehradun. The team helped State Government departments identify approvals required for starting new businesses, simplify them to enable setting up of new businesses/ enterprises in the State. We helped Government departments go online. Following activities were done by me:

• Benchmarking of Single Window clearance policies 
• Organizing stakeholder consultations, industry meets and department workshops across the state 
• Organizing training programs for various department officials for capacity building 
• Developing Communication strategy for engaging with the stakeholders through department workshops, industry conferences, advertisement, etc.
• Supporting respective Departments to align their working along the DPIIT’s agenda and getting Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) for application-approval cycle prepared
• Organizing interaction with industry to create awareness on new developments in promoting Ease of Doing Business 
• Ploughing feedback collected from the stakeholders’ interaction into policy making and implementation
• Supporting development of online application and approval systems 
• Resource allocation according to the demands of the prospective clients or promoters
• Evaluation of investment proposals received in PPP mode
• Regular interaction with investors who signed MOU to understand their challenges and facilitate in grounding of projects
• Responding to queries/ tickets raised by customers of Single Window System via emails and phones
• Facilitation during G2B meetings 
• Preparation of knowledge collaterals (sector profiles & presentations, investible project profiles, company profiles, etc)
