1. Responsible for supervising End-to-End Execution of Industrial projects on site.
2. Spearheaded teams of Trainee Engineers, Contract Supervisors and Labors.
3. Responsible for Strategizing Execution Plan and Ensuring its timely delivery.
4. Took complete ownership of managing all stakeholders during Execution time.
5. Responsible for providing Training and After sales service to Customers & Channel Partners.

Key Achievements:

1. Received double promotion from third-party payroll to permanent payroll in 2 years.
2. Managed M.P and Pune Region entirely for 8 months and retrieved an Account Receivables worth INR 13 lakh from 4 customers.
3. Handed over 11 projects in span of 2 years after joining.
4. Received Customer satisfaction rating of 4/5 from 12 out of 18 projects I worked on.
