Objective:
I was asked to help Nykaa create an email campaign for their new partnership with Fenty Beauty as an assignment. The main goal was to get people to open the emails and click through to Fenty's landing page to check out their products.
Duration & Approach:
The campaign has to last about 10-14 days, and I wrote 3 emails that would be sent at different times. One set of emails was for people who weren’t opening the emails (Group A), and another for people who were opening but not clicking through to the landing page (Group B). I tried to make each email interesting enough to get people to take action.
Key Elements:
Target Audience: Young women in India (18-35), who like inclusivity, high-end brands, and cool beauty products.
Tone: I kept the tone friendly, personal, and relevant to what each group might like. I used their names and interests to make the emails feel special.
CTA: Every email had a clear “call-to-action” telling people to click on the link to visit Fenty’s page.
Tools Used:
I used Google Docs to plan and write everything. Grammarly helped make sure there were no mistakes. The emails were designed to be short, sweet, and to the point.
