Following a routine can be challenging when you just blindly follow other's routines. Instead, I suggest taking some time to analyze your goals and craft a routine, try following it for a week and modify the routine based on what works and what does not. This way it becomes easy for you to maintain a routine that is not hard for you to achieve.
