Mindmap: Plan of action for community reachout
I was asked to prepare a plan of action including outreach & collaboration with vendors and different stakeholders for a mega event.
I used Taskade to create a clear & organised mind map for everyone to be aligned and have next steps of action.
I did implement all these steps in the duration of one month resulting in getting more clients onboarded and also adding more people to existing event community.
