Project Overview
The Driver App was developed to enhance the local marketplace by offering order delivery and tracking services. My role included coordinating with the development team, focusing on UI/UX improvements, and ensuring a seamless user experience for drivers.
Key Contributions
- Collaborated with the freelance development team (Dip’s team – Ahmedabad) on the app’s structure and user experience.
- Reported bugs and issues to the development team, facilitating timely fixes and improvements.
- Participated in discussions for the "order taking module" and "universal seller account" feature to streamline operations for internal teams.
- Played an active role in making the app user-friendly, aligning it with the product development lifecycle and best practices.
