Content Strategy & Ideation: Conceptualized a reel format tailored for Brand's target demographic (aspiring homebuyers & investors), focusing on emotional and aspirational hooks.

Scriptwriting: Wrote a crisp, high-converting script optimized for Facebook’s 3-second rule, while subtly integrating the brand’s key USPs. (For few brand, rest was shared by the agency I was working with)

On-Camera Presence: Delivered the script on camera, using confident, persuasive tonality to establish trust and credibility.
