In Tier 3 towns of India, truck booking remains frustrating for small businesses due to unclear pricing, limited options, and overly complex platforms. This creates barriers for SMEs needing reliable transport solutions.
Goal:
Design a mobile app that simplifies truck booking by focusing on real-time availability, transparent pricing, and live tracking- tailored for non-tech-savvy business owners in small towns.
My Role:
Led end-to-end UX design, from research and persona creation to wireframes, UI design, and usability testing. The solution prioritized simplicity, clarity, and trust for users with limited digital exposure.
