Competitor Analysis & Customer Personas for Lenskart, Zoom, and Whole Truth Foods

This project was part of my digital marketing course with MyCaptain, where I conducted a competitor analysis and customer persona study for three brands—Lenskart, Zoom, and The Whole Truth Foods.

- The objective was to identify the right social media channels, analyse competitors’ USPs, sales channels, and trust-building methods, and create detailed customer personas highlighting demographics, interests, goals, pain points, and buying behaviour.
- The project was completed in 3 days.
- I would charge ₹5000 per brand for similar research and persona development.
- The entire project was built using Microsoft PowerPoint for structured presentation and visualization.
