As an Area Director: 

-I've helped conduct the Division Conference - a battle of best public speakers - at my college venue.

My work included: negotiating with teachers, departments of my college, as well as ensuring end to end smooth run of the 7-hour-long event. 

 -I've visited each of my area clubs and given them constructive feedback on how they can make their club sustainable, desired, and successful

My work included: Overseeing every aspect of club, the executive committee of club, quality of meetings, the major problem club is facing.

-I've ensured all of my clubs survive and helped them up their marketing game as well as helped them retain their members

What were the results?
75% of my area clubs achieved Presidents' Distinguished Club Status by achieving at least 9 out of 10 club excellence goals.
