This project is a 15-second direct-response ad designed to communicate Notion AI’s value proposition in a fast, engaging, and visually compelling way. The goal was to dramatize the common pain point of information overload and present Notion AI as the instant solution, capturing the viewer's attention within the crucial first 3 seconds.
I designed the video using a hybrid approach, blending hyper-realistic AI-generated environments with clean, UI-style animations to reflect the cutting-edge nature of the software. The visuals focus on a rapid pattern interrupt, guiding viewers from the problem to the product's real-world impact before the 15-second mark.
Project Highlights
Created a high-retention, 15-second direct-response ad flow
Directed advanced AI models to generate premium, cinematic visuals without a physical production budget
Integrated custom motion graphics and brand-aligned Notion UI elements via precise motion tracking
Focused on rapid pacing, smooth transitions, and dynamic sound design to maximize viewer retention
Optimized the creative specifically for top-of-funnel (TOF) social media ad placements (Meta & YouTube Shorts)
Tools Used
Kling & Seedance – Generative AI for high-fidelity video assets and dynamic motion control
Adobe After Effects – Precision compositing, motion tracking, and UI integration
Adobe Premiere Pro – Final direct-response video editing, sequencing, and sound design
This project demonstrates my ability as an AI Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between high-level performance marketing and cost-effective production, transforming complex software benefits into high-converting, visually striking ad creatives.

To execute this without a massive production budget or a traditional film crew, I built a hybrid workflow combining bleeding-edge AI generation with industry-standard post-production. Kling AI: I used Kling to generate the core hyper-realistic assets and complex visual metaphors. I prompted it to create dynamic, high-fidelity shots representing "chaos" and "productivity," which served as the foundational B-roll for the ad. Seedance (ByteDance): I utilized Seedance for its incredible cinematic camera control and multi-shot consistency. I used it to generate the smooth, highly directed transitions and specific motion sequences that required strict physical realism to make the ad feel premium and expensive. Adobe After Effects: AI video isn't always perfect out of the box. I brought the AI-generated footage into After Effects for precision compositing. This is where I motion-tracked the sleek, brand-aligned Notion UI elements directly into the AI environments, ensuring the product itself looked flawless. Adobe Premiere Pro: This is where the direct-response strategy came together. I handled the final assembly, brutally cutting the footage down to a punchy 15 seconds. I mapped the pacing to maximize viewer retention and layered in the final sound design (UI clicks, risers, and drops) to ensure the ad drives action before the loop ends.
