As part of my minor project, I conducted an in-depth analysis of three brands – Lenskart, Zoom, and Whole Truth Foods. The project involved identifying the most relevant social media channels for each brand to effectively reach and engage their target audiences.
I conducted detailed research on two key competitors for each brand, analysing their strategies, content, and customer engagement techniques to uncover opportunities and best practices.
Additionally, I created customer personas for each brand by studying their audience demographics, behaviours, and preferences. These personas were designed to guide marketing efforts and help the brands deliver more personalised and effective campaigns.
This project enhanced my research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills while providing practical experience in social media planning and customer profiling.
