I’m Aaryash Khalkar, the CTO of Vritra Esports & Gaming — but my role goes way beyond the technical side. I handle the tech backbone, yes, but I also help brainstorm new ideas, simplify workflows, improve coordination, and make sure everything runs smoother and with less effort. From operations to planning to decision-making, I work alongside the team to keep things organised and moving in the right direction.
