I was one of the editors for the We Care 2021 edition, We Care is an annual publication produced by the volunteers of the Media and Communication Wing of Centre for Social Action, a student volunteer body of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore in the form of a magazine. We Care addresses social issues and concerns to spread awareness and cultivate sensitivity in the readers. A purely student-led initiative, the magazine becomes a portal of learning for many volunteers and also a source of expressing the youth’s voices. As an Editor, my key responsibility were coming up with a theme and cover story for the particular year, manage the editorial team, research and proofread articles, photographs, photo-stories, essays, etc. And oversee the quality and publishing of the We Care.
