REFRACTORY, a dramatic short film
Refractory is a dramatic short film I worked on as a practice edit. The director’s notes emphasized empathizing more with Kim (the girl) and highlighting her perspective. Keeping this in mind, I focused on shaping the narrative to reflect how Kim feels and to bring out her point of view. Since narrative-based editing is what I enjoy most, this project was a valuable exercise in practicing and refining that craft.
