MSc Research Project – Zinc Oxide Nanoparticle-Incorporated Gelatin Hydrogel for Tissue Regeneration

Designed and developed a ZnO nanoparticle-incorporated gelatin hydrogel for tissue regeneration applications. Synthesized and characterized ZnO nanoparticles using techniques including UV-Vis, FTIR, XRD, SEM, and EDX, and evaluated the hydrogel's physicochemical properties, biocompatibility, and wound-healing potential through in vitro studies. Analyzed experimental data, documented findings, and interpreted results to assess the material's suitability for biomedical applications.
