Competitor Analysis and Customer Persona

As part of my Digital Marketing Pro Course, I conducted an in-depth competitor analysis and created ideal customer personas for three diverse brands: Lenskart (B2C), Zoom (B2B SaaS), and The Whole Truth Foods (D2C FMCG). The project simulates a real-world agency role where I act as a Social Media Specialist researching and preparing foundational insights for social media strategy.
