Recently I was on Consultation Call with a resort owner who has his property near Dharamshala & palampur in Himachal Pradesh.
I noticed that a lot of people who own resorts or holiday rentals lack clarity of getting consistent booking every month to their property. (How to market their property)
Also they have over dependence on a single source of bookings like travel booking sites or travel agents , it’s really scary because if airbnb stops promoting your listing .
Your property will stay empty and you will keep on losing money due to fixed costs like staff salary, utilities , property emi’s or rent etc.
So I decided to come up with this marketing plan for people in the Resort or holiday rental business.
Few things this person already had:
✅Property that is fully ready i.e available for bookings.
✅A Fancy Website with a Broken Booking Management system & no way to capture leads.
✅ Instagram with 500 followers
✅ Listing on booking sites - airbnb,make my trip etc.
⚠️ Numbers I am talking about also depend on property type ,your prices and number of rooms available.
