Designed and implemented an AI-powered social media automation system for a real estate company and a financial broking firm (can be implemented in other sectors), focused on building high-relevance, persona-led communication at scale. The system automated end-to-end content creation across all major formats including carousels, static posts, and short-form reels, ensuring every asset aligned with a predefined content calendar and long-term communication strategy. Consumer personas were embedded into the engine, enabling consistent message reinforcement and progressive communication build-up rather than isolated posts.
A feedback-driven learning loop was implemented where the AI analysed human edits and refinements made to generated content and incorporated those signals into future outputs, continuously improving tone, structure, and contextual relevance over time. The result was a self-optimizing content pipeline that reduced manual effort while increasing consistency, accuracy, and audience alignment across platforms.
