Only posting quality content is not enough to grow on LinkedIn, if you want to organically grow your LinkedIn account, you should mindfully engage on other creator's posts as well. Rather than commenting "amazing, insightful, random emojis" for the sake of engaging, you should drop comments that add value, initiate conversations, or express your POV.
