Ever wondered this?
When our present HOD mentioned, everyone is her department is here Child, this thought popped up in my mind.
What if every Alumni takes care of some of their juniors and support them in their career?
Do you realise, how much exposure value can be obtained by the colleges?
Bringing back the existing alumni can be quite a thing. But, what if we build this as a culture and every first year is sown with this idea of giving back to their juniors?
