Instagram profile management
I was working as a social media manager and content writer for a mental health startup called ItsOK. During my tenure, I was responsible for creating content on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
For managing the Instagram page, I had the following responsibilities:
-Developing a social media calendar
-Writing Instagram posts, including writing captions and curating stories.
- Engaging with followers and customers.
- Resolve customer queries.
