We've all come across before and after exercise pictures while browsing social media - but rarely before have they caused such confusion.
The controversy surrounds posts by former Love Island star Dr Alex George and plus-sized model Jada Sezer, who both took to Instagram to share the results of what they called their 'dramatic exercise transformations'.
But the posts immediately raised eyebrows among their thousands of loyal followers, with lots of people commenting that they couldn't see any difference at all between the before and after shots.
