Learning never ends, it only evolves.

After 4 years in the QA industry, I felt a strong pull to step outside my comfort zone and explore something new. That curiosity led me to complete Airtribe’s Product Management Launchpad Program, a journey that pushed me to think critically, learn, and refine my approach to problem-solving.

Throughout the program, my learning was consistently reinforced through assignments, hands-on projects, and evaluations, helping me apply product thinking in real scenarios:

The capstone project brought everything together, where I scored 8.4 / 10 after a comprehensive evaluation covering:

• Quality and diversity of solution ideas
• Appropriate use of prioritization frameworks
• Logical UX flow with interactive prototypes
• Visual clarity and real user context
• GTM rollout thinking and growth/retention loops
• Well-defined North Star metrics using qualitative & quantitative insights
• Final jury presentation, structured storytelling, confidence in data-driven decisions, and handling counter-questions

Beyond the core PM curriculum, one of the most exciting learning experiences was exposure to LLMs and GenAI for Product Managers, including coding for PM, use cases and seeing AI systems in action. This added a strong future-ready lens to how I now think about product strategy, scale, and impact.

This journey reaffirmed one belief for me:
Product Management is a continuous learning curve, and that’s what makes it powerful.
