ERP Setu is a US-Based Technology Services Startup specializing in Workday and ERP Solutions.
My Role
Being a client-facing strategist at Smug Hawk, I worked with ERP Setu from strategy, and design to implementation of their entire website and brand book building. So, I fulfilled the role of a Product Manager, Designer, and No-Code Developer for the website and collaborated with the designers and content strategists for the brand book.
Challenges Faced
Being Technology Driven in nature, we had to do through vigorous rounds of ideation and research to find the optimum user onboarding flow to satisfy both the client and the end-user.
Learnings
Keeping the user in mind and empathy at its core, client and business requirement satisfaction is also something one needs to keep in mind while prioritizing features!
