Let’s face it. No one reads long, jargon-filled onboarding emails anymore. So, I reimagined the Zoho CRM onboarding flow with one goal: clarity that connects.
In this project, I rewrote 4 onboarding emails for Zoho CRM, transforming feature-heavy language into human-centric, benefit-driven communication. The tone is friendly, informative, and aligned with Zoho’s brand voice: tech-savvy, no-nonsense, and user-first.
What I focused on:
✔️ Simplified product introductions without dumbing them down
✔️ Strong CTAs to drive user action without being pushy
✔️ Personalised tone to build early product trust
✔️ Mobile-friendly structure and readability
✔️ Clear flow from email 1 to 4, guiding users from curiosity to activation
