Helper is a One-Stop destination for Hassle-free Booking for all Home based Services at your doorstep. The app makes it Easy & Quick to Book a Professional Technician & get Timely Services.
My role in this project was of both a UX Researcher & UX/UI Designer as I did everything end-to-end, from doing initial User Research to creating wireframes Final designs, Prototyping & Usability Tests. The User-Centred Design Process has been followed to create a Usable & Engaging Solution.
