I was tasked with building a digital and social media presence for a yoga studio with a distinct mission:
βYoga is for everyone.β
The studio had a credible, experience-rich foundation β 15+ years of teaching, a wide range of offerings (from prenatal to thyroid and PCOS therapy), and a loyal base of students.
The aim was to help their digital voice reach the people who needed it most β especially those looking for holistic healing rather than just fitness.
Instead of going broad, I focused on resonance. I began by identifying the brandβs core values β authenticity, slowness, depth, healing β and mirrored this across platform choice, content formats, and posting strategy.
A highly visual and community-driven platform, ideal for:
- Showcasing the calming vibe of the studio
- Reaching women navigating health journeys
- Leveraging Reels, testimonials, and carousel storytelling
Chosen for its evergreen discoverability and depth-friendly format.
- Educational series on yoga asanas
- Teacher wisdom series (building trust & credibility)
- Shorts for algorithm-friendly reach (1-min yoga hacks, myths busted, daily affirmations)
I also designed sample posts with visual directions to reflect trust, wisdom, and quiet authority, making yoga feel approachable and life-enhancing, beyond fitness trends.
