Graduated from Arts Canterbury by the skin of my teeth. All of my classmates were talented painters, illustrators, sculptors, and all I cared about was photography.

To capture this photograph I snuck into a random downtown apartment building, climbed the fire escape stairwell to the top floor, and then knocked on a stranger's door asking if I could use their penthouse balcony for a photoshoot.
