BACKGROUND

• I study at Masters' Union.
• My college didn't have a central place where they could update the students about different activities like:
  - Events
  - Exam Schedules
  - Activity Tracker
  - Knowledge Sessions
  - Out-Class Activities, etc
• I took the initiative and started making the Notion Database for them.

WHAT DOES MY NOTION TEMPLATE SOLVE?

• In schools and colleges, event management is scattered.
• There is no centralised place where students can see what event is happening where and at what time.
• It can be told verbally and on WhatsApp, but verbal messages can be forgotten and WhatsApp messages get scattered in the general chats.
• This is where my template helps to list all the events on a single page.
• It is what the title is, a calendar for students

TOOLS USED

• I have used Notion to host the data

TIMELINE

• I created the template overnight. I worked on it throughout the night and finished it by morning.
