A few weeks back I went to Ambala to volunteer in the Art of Living 'Happiness Program' for the Army in Ambala, Haryana.
In Happiness Program we are taught a very powerful breathing technique called 'Sudarshan Kriya.' We do cardio exercises for our body, but we often neglect our mind. Sudarshan Kriya is a breathing practice that involves breathing patterns. It focuses on our breath, which we mostly ignore.
My role as a volunteer was to assist the teachers and the participants. I helped conduct various activities, games, etc.
Since I love filmmaking, I made an after-movie for them.
