• You can share an assignment with us or we help you create a real-world test assignment that mirrors your day-to-day work (ofcourse the later one is paid)

• Next, we host that assignment on Fueler’s platform so qualified candidates can find and start working on it immediately.`

Candidate Sourcing

• Fueler’s active community of vetted professionals sees your assignment right away (full-time, freelance, or interns).

• We also push it out via our partner networks to ensure volume and quality.

Submission Management & Screening

• All submissions land in one dashboard. No emails or spreadsheets.

• We do the first pass: checking completion, reviewing coding style or deliverable quality, and flagging anything that doesn’t meet your bar.

Curated Shortlist

• From everyone who completed the test, Fueler hand-picks the top 3 (or any number you choose) based on assignment performance and your criteria.

• You get a mini-portfolio—real work samples—alongside each candidate’s profile, skill tags, and availability.

Interview Coordination

• We schedule interviews on your behalf, sending calendar invites and reminders to both sides.

• You only meet candidates who have proven they can do the job.

Offer & Onboarding Support

• Once you choose a candidate, Fueler walks you through offer best practices (comp ranges, negotiation tips).

• We handle paperwork reminders and ensure a smooth start date.

Success Fee Alignment

• You pay a small hosting fee of INR 999 per position | INR 4999 if we create the assignment for you

• Fueler only earns its success fee (25% of month-one salary remote, 35% onsite) if you hire a candidate we sourced—so our interests are 100% aligned with yours and we both have skin in the game
