SNITCH (Building AI assistant for Ecommerce app)
I designed and wireframed a new AI-powered shopping assistant feature for the Snitch e-commerce platform. The assistant was aimed at enhancing the user experience by providing personalized product recommendations, answering queries, and assisting in decision-making during the shopping process. Through intuitive wireframing, I crafted a user-friendly interface, focusing on seamless integration with the platform’s existing features to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
