In this project, I established key success metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the product solution. By identifying relevant KPIs aligned with both user and business goals, I set clear targets to evaluate product performance. These metrics provided a quantifiable framework to assess the success of the solution and guide future iterations for continuous improvement.
